Nomadical Travel does not act as a tour operator, travel agent, or principal in any travel contract.

- Issue travel documents or confirmations,
- Arrange flights or accommodation directly.
All bookings, payments, and contractual obligations are between you and the third-party supplier we introduce you to.
We only collaborate with reputable, ATOL-protected, or financially insured partners who handle bookings securely.

While we carefully vet our travel partners, Nomadical Travel does not control or operate the services provided by these suppliers.
We are not liable for:
- Errors, omissions, or changes made by DMCs, hotels, or other providers;
- Injuries, losses, damages, or expenses resulting from supplier actions or negligence;
- Travel disruptions caused by weather, political unrest, or force majeure events.
Any claims, refunds, or disputes must be handled directly with the supplier named on your booking confirmation.
3. Content Accuracy
All content on our website, social media, and marketing materials is created in good faith for informational and inspirational purposes.
While we strive to ensure accuracy, prices, availability, and details may change without notice.
Nomadical Travel cannot guarantee that all information is current or error-free and accepts no responsibility for inaccuracies caused by suppliers or external sources.
